Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIME:

We are located in New Jersey and we ship all orders with USPS within U. S. Territories. 

US First Class Mail- 2-7 days 

US Priority Mail- 2-3 days

International First Class Mail- 2-3 weeks

International Express Mail- 3-4 days 

International Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

PROCESSING TIME:

All nails are 100% custom made by Najibah herself!  Our normal processing time is 1-2 weeks.  This may change with the influx of orders.  I do try my best to get all orders out as quickly as possible.  If you need it by a certain date please let us know so we can see if we can accommodate. *Due to Covid19 USPS is experiencing delays.  After a package is shipped and is in the possession of USPS we can't do anything about tracking or how long it takes USPS to deliver it.  After your package is dropped off by us it is no longer Claws for the Cultures responsibility.  You would have to contact USPS to get any updates on your package.
