1. How do I know what size to order?
a. If you are not sure about your size we would recommend that you order our 'sample Sizing set'. The sample pack has one of each size in the style that you chose, so that you can find the perfect fit.
b. You can measure your own nails and find your size from our Sizing chart. Check our Sizing Chart page for more info.
2. What type of nail adhesive should I use and how long does it last?
Nail Glue- Can stay on for up to 1-2 weeks. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.
Nail Adhesive tabs- Can stay on for up to 1-2 days. It's perfect way to wear it temporarily and easy to remove!
*Try to use both together for the long lasting wear and to prevent from popping off by itself randomly.
3. Are your nails reusable?
Yes, our handmade nails are reusable if you take good care of them while wearing and during removal process! If you prefer nail glue, we would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file so you can gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails to clean up before you reuse it.
4. Are your nails Handmade?
Yes, Our press on nails are all handmade by me. That is why they can take 1-2 weeks of process time- 100% hand crafted! Made with only top quality nail products and painted with at least 5 layers of gel polish! They are sturdy and strong to last long and be reused!
5. What's your processing time?
All nails are 100% custom made! Our normal processing time is 1-2 weeks. If you need it by certain date, please send us message to let us know! So we can try to accommodate.
6. What comes with my nail purchase?
All orders come with a prep kit (a mini nail file, a nail buffer, a wooden stick, an alcohol wipe and Nail glue or nail tabs), a storage box and detailed instructions on how to apply/remove your press on nails.
7. Shipping
We ship all orders with USPS and ship from New Jersey. *Please note that process time does NOT include shipping time. Again, current process time for all handmade sets is 1-2 weeks.
US First Class Mails- 1-7 days
US Priority Mails- 1-3 days
International First Class Mails- 2-3 weeks
International Express Mails with DHL- 3-7 days
International Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
8. Cancellations & Returns?
We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchase. Due to the nature of our products our Press on nails CAN NOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be sure to order the right size as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered.
